Experienced Staff Accountant

Our firm specializes in outsourced accounting work for various businesses. Job includes financial accounting, payroll and tax filings. Three to five years experience preferred.

New Staff Accountant Duties:

• Reconciling credit card and bank statements
• DSR and Invoice entry
• Printing and cutting checks
• Preparation of financial statements

Programs used in our Firm:

• Microsoft Office – Excel and Word
• Quickbooks, Peachtree and Compeat
• ATX tax software
• RSI, Restaurant 365
